I'm in the process of rebuilding my D44 with new gears and locker.

I've the 4.56 Ring & Pinon set aside and ready to be install. I also need to purchase a Locker, if I were to purchase the Detroit True-Trac Locker, I won't need to purchase a new carrier for the 4.56 correct?
The older gears were 3.55 ratio.

Basically, instead of purchasing a Lunchbox locker (LockRight), & new carrier for the 4.56 R&P. I could just go ahead and purchase the Detroit TrueLock and be done with it at nearly the same price (LockRight + Carrier= $310, Detroit Truelock=$335) for a separate locker and carrier set?

You won't need a carrier if you have a True Trac. But just to clear up some misconceptiong, a True Trac is a Limit Slip, and not a full on locker. Though it's a pretty good limit slip, as far as limit slips go. Detroit does make a locker, so make sure you buy what you really need/want. Again, you won't need a carrier for the Detroit locker...

Thanks for the help!
Yeah, I also looked into the EZ-Locker, but a LSD TrueTrac should be more suitable for my daily driver rig.
