Global climate change is occurring. Whether it is cyclical, caused by human population growth, or some other source it is occuring. Creating jobs for mitigating or for living with the effects of climate change is job growth. Remember the ice in your drink melts at 32.1*F, it does not take much of a shift in seawater tempature to effect change.
