No bus wont start NOT CPS

Alright sidewinder, gotta update for ya this morning, on my DLC checking the ohms on cav 3 and 11 im getting 60-70 ohm
so i hooked the negative back up and i set my meter to 20vdc and on pin cav 3 (+) and 4 and 5, (-) my readout is 0.05, on pin cav 11 (-) im getting nothing at all this tells me something is wrong but it might tell you more

i MIGHT be able to get ahold of the snapon computer this evening around 6 or 7pm, depends how much of an asshole my brother in law wants to be with me

all sensors were hooked back up b4 i started any of this fyi
and im not sure if the computer would not connect or could not read, let me try callings this asshole and seeing what he says
ok he said it would communicate, but then keep losing communication, but it would try and connect

Try unplugging the TCM (Previous post #19).

And, inspect all the wiring and connectors at the transmission.

all fine unhooked the tcm turned keyed same shit, wires and plugs appear fine, my lil cheap computer wont connected to it either, comes up communication error

Did you do the tests in post #18?

Reconnect TCM.
