No bus, no injector pulse, has spark

2000 jeep xj....crank no start no injector pulse, "no bus" but has spark (sputters spraying carb and choke cleaner in throttle body)

- Cam and crank sensor check out at 5 volts.

-Have fuel pressure.

- replaced cam and crank sensor

-currently disconnected crank and cam sensor and turned ignition on with same no bus issue. No gauges move.

-ohmed out pcm on 30 and 28 for the ccd and got 120 ohm

-ohmed out ccd from the diagnostic port and got 60 ohm

-ccd + and - are 2.40 and 2.41 volts respectively.

-Disconnected tcm and no change with no bus

-checked EVERY FUSE

I'm out of ideas?

when is the last time you've been through all your grounds?

Grounds are good. Put in a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee ecu in and it fired right up. Off to get the proper year/model specific pcm due to still no bus but I'm sure that's due to the wrong pcm
