Next Junk to buy for the Heep?

So my wife is thinking about letting me get an upgrade for my heep.

I have it down to a Warn M8000

Or

a new radiator set up.

Just finished axle swaps, and new arms. One of these two upgrades is the direction I'm looking at next.

Looking for some feedback

Thanks
Adam

if you need a new radiator set up then I would get that. If the jeep runs at 210 wheeling in the summer with the A/C on then get the winch. maintenance before mods imo

Frame stiffeners?

What's included in the new Radiator set up?

Took it wheeling over the summer and temps stayed around 210 with no AC. Stock system works, but I am considering upgrading the system as I have a 2001 and fear getting the dreaded 0331 head crack.

Was leaning towards griffin rad, new hoses and water pump. Want something that is near drop in.

Only reason I want a winch is because I want to be able to do some wheeling even if no one else can go out, ad it's just a good idea to have one period.

Already have frame stiffeners.

Current build:
2001xj
Hp d35 4.56 w/ aussie locker
Ford nine inch 4.56 w/ mini spool
Stiffeners
Sliders by Nate B.
Dirtbound winch bumper
Fenders cut
33s on 3.5 inch rubicon lift
OME shocks

Gotta agree with the other here, i'd do the radiator first (even if its just to upgrade and not broken yet). I would go with the CSF all metal model. Aluminum radiator just don't seem to hold up well offroad in my experience.
