Depends on the "lingo" invovled.
"Ebonics" or "Street talk," on the other hand, is something I'll generally ignore. While it may be irksome to someone who walks up to me on the street, simply giving them a blank look until they phrase their query properly usually suffices (it also worked on my two boys.) I didn't bother with that nonsense when I was a teenager myself - and I see no reason to start now...5-90

Hey 'migos! I am a newbie, glad to see so many XJers. I have a 93xj country that I swap for my mountain bike, yeah really. I have always love the xj looks and potential. I like it better than a Wrangler. I am the second owner. It has 235000 miles on 'er. Body is clean and so is the inside and the engine.
I have a set of 31x10.50 that I put on but it is rubbing the fender.Since I am a newbie and don't know to much about theis page and where everything is, can an "OLDIE" help this "NEWBIE" get in the right path? :read:

hola people! I am a noob here on this board and will try my hardest to not be an asshot, but cant promise anything..haha My other half and i just got into wheeling a few months ago and we now are the proud owners of a 90 xj on 33's and witha 4-1/2" SL. Got the rig, now let the fun begin

I'm still a newb as far as this site's concerned. Been wheelin for about 5 years when I got a stock samurai for free. Got addicted and bought a 88 XJ. Sold the Samurai and P/U an 84 Toy (Wife's rig). Now have a 91 XJ with 4.56's stock diff's, OBA, 9000 Warn, 5.5" unknown lift.
