Thats not bad. A winch is a good thing to have. As you know. Especially with all your solo wheeling trips down by the river.

yeah, it won't be long before i'm living in a van in that vicinity...
that winch is really a pile o crap. i already hadta cash in on the warranty to get a new motor for it, and it seems like everytime i really needed it, it didn't wanna work. once i replace all the electrical crap, it should work fine, but i'm not gonna expect too much out of it....

the motor worked for a while, but had a factory defect where it would fill up with water after a while and crap out. they sent me a new motor, and it worked for a while, but the first time i REALLY needed a winch, i got nothing. i had to get pulled out, then drive back from memphis with the cable all wadded up and stuffed through the passenger window to sit in the passenger front seat the whole way home.
