I recommend starting small, learning the limits of your vehicle, and then adding things that will improve it, without spending too much on things you think you'll probably replace with something better in the future. You'll learn a lot more wheeling technique by doing that than by simply going big from the start and being able to clear whatever obstacle you want with 40s and lockers front and rear.
