What size lift are you running that its too long?

About 5” lift. The RE1610 is about an inch too long and I should be using the RE1660 instead. The thread part with the flex joint bottoms out with over an inch of thread still showing. I bought the bar last summer and didn’t notice it was the wrong part number till I went to install it.
