Would I buy an XJ if it grew to a Hummer sized porker? Nope.
 
And the renegade isn't a direct replacement for the XJ or JK. You point is moot.

Dude, stop being a douche. I already said I like the Renegade because it's close in size to the XJ. I also said that I'd be happier if Chrysler gave the Renegade the Cherokee badge instead. I then, went onto state my dislike for cars porking-up (ie the Wrangler) further reinforcing why I like the direction Jeep took with the Renegade.

I've been told (by a mod from another forum) that body on frame vehicles tend to weigh more than unit-body vehicles. Comparing XJ vs TJ curb weights seems to support that. That is not to say I don't like body of frame vehicles. Aside from that, I simply do not like fat cars, and I'm not the only one. Most of the world outside North America shares my sentiments. You're just trying to take this thread off topic.

How old is the second post, considering I took a three year break from this BB, Wow, dig up some more dirt.

Put that two hook on to see if it fit. Never pulled anything with it, since I removed it and installed factory two hooks. Thanks for checking into me though.

Didn't go the google route, went through all previous posts, that where I found the six years.

I try to be friendly, the intelligent part comes and goes based on sleep and what not.
