Picked up a hood vet at the JY the other day, $5  came from a 84 Chrysler Laser Turbo(not the one I pulled it from):
I liked it because it has the same style as the LeBaron vents, but it's a little different than I have seen before(maybe there is a reason??)
I cleaned it up and painted it, of course with the trusty Krylon Rust Tuff semi-flat black that I always use.
Installed it tonight:
Not done yet, I still need to touch up the paint around the cut, make a center bracket, repair passenger rear mount(the fiberglass split), and fill in the gap in the center some how.
Not sure exactly how I feel about it yet(to late to do anything about it now), I'm trying to hold off final judgement on it till I can finish it, but it definitely works, I can feel the heat coming out when I parked it, after driving it about 50 miles home from my Dads.
