New guy from SC

So I heard about this site on jeepforums and decided I would check it out. I have a 95 2dr and so far, I'm loving it. I already ordered a RE 4.5 lift and some 32X11.50 MT/R's. Then I ordered JCR Offroad's front prerunner winch bumper, stage 2 sliders, and stage 3 rear bumper w/ tire carrier. I have owned a few 4x4's but never a Jeep. We went out on our local "trail" aka powerline and got stuck in my buddie's 4runner. So after waiting a few mins, here comes 2 ZJ's and I was like "oh great, what are these gonna do." Well that dude had us out in a matter of mins and I was sold. I found a great deal on mine locally and decided to jump on it. I will post some pics up when I get home from work later. Hope to learn a lot from you guys.

Are you buying a ZJ or an XJ Grand or regular Cherokee

I have already bought a XJ. I didn't realize there was a difference in the XJ's. It was a ZJ (grand cherokee) with a 4.0 that pulled us out. That showed me what a Jeep really could do... I grew up a V8 guy so I always talked down to anything with less than 8 cylinders but after watching us get pulled out... I knew I wanted one.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Hey Chad, Where abouts in North Augusta do you live? I grew up in Aiken. 1st 7 years on the north side right off #1 and then till I was 17 on the southside near the mall.

I know exactly where Ladson is, I have lived there off and on a couple times. It is about 5 minutes from where I live. My buddy has a place with a nice shop in Ladson. That is where I do what little work I can afford to do to my Cherokee. Between me and my buddy's we have lots of jeeps an 4x4's. I think most are projects more so than actuall drivers. I am sure you know how that goes. PM me sometime. Me and my buddy's are always looking for someone to drink beer with or just hang and run our mouths.
