New Cherokee headlight options?

I've been doing some talking with a projection headlight company about some new options for cherokee headlights.

I had an idea to replace the entire, headlight, bezel, and turn signal with a 1 piece unit with projection lights and turnsignals (l.e.d. maybe).
It would give the cherokee (if you wanted it) that big headlight look on front. The options are endless.....could go with the blacked out background with halo surrounded projectors, multiple assy. setups, chrome....the options would be endless.
They said they were going to do some sales marketing research on it and see if it was worth building. Sounded pretty sincere/interested about it honestly.

What do you guys think?
Would you like something like that?

I replaced the stock lights with the IPF and Fat Boy H4 option, they get me throught the dark a$$ gorge just fine, I also have a set of Bi-Xenon if I get the itch to blind everyone going down the road. They seem to hold up well, I had them on the 95 and now my 97.

for the people that dont beat their xj's, it prob could be the best thing ever.
the price of those would be outragous(sp)

i just run a ugraded loom and bulbs

I would like to see how they turn out, how ever... i dont think you would have much of a market for them. I mean the NEWST xj you are going to find is going on 10 years old. I would say a high percentage of people who mod xjs use them as weekend warrior / trial rigs / winter vehicles. Not too many people care about making them all nice and shiny.

Urban yan has some projector bulbs.
Otherwise, I say go for IPF H4 housings and bulbs of your choice.

If 2500 parts were easier to obtain, I might think about that someday. I just want something that would be compatible with HIDs. So if something custom was made that had projectors, I might go for it. Depending on cost of course. LED signals would be nice too. Complete LED conversion is on my list.

That hurt my feelings.

Hey I am right there with you man. I'm not trying to make a mall crawler Jeep, but I would like some parts that update that 80s technology.

I think your XJ is pulled off really nice, but it seems like you had lots of parts custom made. Therefore pricey.

I think the one thing that will kill the whole idea.... is it being a 10 year old vehicle. He said {specifically} he was going to look at the sales volume of the vehicle. Not sure how they determine that.
*Also a big thank you to the mod that moved this for me.*
