New 4.5” Leaf Srings…Bushing Size Question???

I just picked up a brand new set of Clayton Offroad 4.5” Leaf Springs for the XJ. I went to install them and before torquing everything down, I noticed a lot of play in the front bushing. The bushing sleeve inner diameter in the front is larger than in the rear. The front is .630” (sized for a 5/8” bolt) and the rear is .570” (sized for a 9/16” bolt). Is this normal? Factory bolts are the same front and rear so I assumed the ID of the sleeve would be the same. If I could figure out how to add pictures from my phone, I would.

Front and rear attachment bolts are definitely the same. You might want to call Clayton to see what's up. With that said, if the bolts are torqued to spec, the bushing won't slip.
