I'm building my steering like this with Chevy K20 TRE ends from my work

I'll throw another vote for crossover steering, I'm running the JCR 1-ton over the knuckle kit. If you go that route make sure you get the poly spacer to help take some of the play out of the steering from the passenger side TRE rolling over. It allows massive amounts of droop and the TRE's are off the shelf parts and beefy as hell. The main gripe I have with the currie steering setup is the TRE's they use are specially made for their kit. I'm sure they're nice and strong but if you break one and need to replace it in a pinch to get home you're SOL unless you carry a spare - and they ain't cheap.

X2 I'm running the ballistic 1-ton over the knuckle kit. I ordered the poly spacers from JCR and it help stop the TRE from rolling a lot.
