Need to Extend rear brake line?

I have a '96 XJ with about 5" lift in the rear and I think I need to extend the rear brake line. First do I need to or will it be fine? If not is there another vehicle out there that has the same fitting and is longer that I can just swap out? Ordering something is not an option as I'm leaving for a trip very soon.

Any ideas?

I have heard that YJ lines will work, somebody that has done it can chime in. I replaced all of mine with braided SS lines.
