Need some parts advice on 4.8L Stroker

Builder is working on my 4.8L stroker and before it gets here I need to start shopping around for anintake manifold, exhaust headers, and carb. Could someone suggest what size carb, make, model, CFM I should be looking at for a 4.8L? Also, intake manifold to get the best flow and performance, and exhaust headers. Thanks!!!

I'll suggest you don't go with a carb and keep the fuel injection :thumbup:

I'm baffled at the notion of spending all the money to build a 4.8 and then carbing it. There are good, solid reasons why not even NASCAR runs carbs any more and no OEM has done it since the mid 80s.
That being said - the '99 intake will probably help the 4.8 breath better and just about any headers will be fine, Doug Thorely long tubes might be best.

I wouldnt carb a stroker either, but I do like seeing interesting builds
