Need some info on a noise

So I just did a axle swap d30hp to d30hp no difference in axle. Well the question is I'm getting this groaning grinding noise out of it. The noise also pulsates a little starting at about 15 mph and gets louder and faster. The wheel bearings are good just replaced them and I pulled the front drive shaft to eliminate the u joints on there.

I was wondering if I accidentally put on one old and one new caliper with different brake pads and a little brake fluid on rotors would make this grinding sound. I have brakes for both axles and might have put one from each set on.

What year XJ?
Why did you swap axles?
What are the years of the 2 axles?

The reason I ask all this is to see the whe picture.
Depending on years, they use different unit bearings, and thus different discs.
IIRC They are not individually interchangeable.

The one I took out was 93 the jeep is 93 and the axle I got was out of a 91 I think

Oh and I swapped because the other axle was bent ( camber )
