Need Passenger Front Fender Flare 97+

I need a plastic (not painted) passenger side front fender flare from a 97+ XJ to put on my 98 so it will pass DC inspection.......I just wanna throw somethin on there so they wont automatically turn me away at the gates. The dealer wants $90 for one....and I aint payin that....havent had any luck with junk yards thus far. I am in MD, but can also pickup in Richmond, VA area.
