My 3" OME is being installed right now with the 2" HD coils and RE .75 spacer. It did not come with directions and I need to know whether or not I need to reuse the stock spring isolators. Thanks.

Yes, you can re-used them if you want, provided they are still in good shape....

You do not NEED to re-use them. However, I would re-use them if it was my lift I was installing.
remove them, put in the spacer, put in the isolator, install the spring.

Yes, re-use them. If you don't you'll only get the 2" from the springs since the stock isolators are about 3/4" thick.
