need help w/ front end noise?

help, my 1990 limited makes noise at about 55mph-65mph sounds like the worlds biggest tuning fork rubbing on something metal. it's ear piercing noise coming from the front end, and it doesnt do all the time.

How many miles does it have. sounds like a bearing is telling you its time.
