Need help BAD, trying to make insurance claim!

How does one go about making a claim on this? Im thinking about a lawsuit against the farmer, no way that corn should have been able to do that type of damage! Merrry Christmas all thanks for anay help you can give, $$$ help is always welcome to as this is the season for giving. Email me if you want to send funds to help me out.
