Need another XJ

Need another XJ. Yes Need.

Wife and kids need a daily driver. 1988+, preferable auto, decent miles, clean, safe. I would prefer something with the stock rear three point seat belts, but I don't think that happened until 1992. $2000 max budget.

I got one. its a 1987 black 4dr limited with a 1989 engine. The engine has about 135,000 miles on it, runs strong. The paint job is nice. it could use some brake shoes/pads and radio. I also just bought new brake hardware too. I have pics if you want. Got me back and forth and around Oklahoma. Also has BFG AT KOs with good tread left.

If you havent found another xj yet I have 3 stock ones to pick from. They are a little higher than your budget but close. I have a 95 4 door stick with 167k miles on it in good shape for $2500. I have a 92 auto 4 door with 176k on the odometer but I just put a 84k mile motor in it for $2800. Its in great shape. I also have a 94 2 door auto with 123k miles on it in great shape for $3200.
