Need a measurement of... ASAP

Yesterday I added the rear of my lift. I was uncertain what it would add, so I did it first. It used to be 16" from the center of my rear axle to the edge of my trimmed flare. I trimmed it so that there is still the little 1/2" lip sticking out and removed the plastic flares.

Does anyone know what a stock 89 should have measured (I think mine was pretty sagged) in this instance? (I've seen measurements to the edge of the stock flares, but mine are long gone and I don't remember how far they went down.

I need this measurement to determine the amount of lift to add to the front.
I've compared my rear to a jeep with a RE 4.5" lift on it and it sat 1.5" higher than mine (from axle to trimmed flare).

I have a set of V8 GC coils and also a set of 1.75 poly spacers.
What should I add to even my jeep out.
I need opinions ASAP, as I'm going to attempt this tonight.

My 93 was 17" center of hub to bottom of stock flare, which is pretty close to factory height I believe. Now with (new)V8 GC coils and 1 3'4" spacer I am at 21 1/4".

You're talking front, right?
So, you gained 4.25" in the front with that addition?
Did you have to drop your TC or do a Slip yolk?

Yup. In the rear I used new HD rear springs from Quadratec and 1" Daystar shackles at first but was still too low, no vibes though. Then I cut the eyes off of my old main leafs and put them in the new packs. This gave me 21 1/2", perfect except I now had vibrations.

Dropping the TC an 1" got rid off most of it but I installed the AA SYE and CV driveshaft 2 weeks later. Problem solved.

BTW, I love the front now but the rear sucks! Too stiff, less than 4" of movement. Wish I had just bit the bullet and bought the RE springs packs.

This is from an in-service bulletin from Jeep to dealers:

Front: measured from the top surface of the axle tube stright up to the bottom surface of the frame rail immediately behind (inboard of) the coil spring should be 16-3/4" plus or minus 1/2".

Rear: measured from top of axle tube to underside of frame rail at inboard edge of bump stop, should be 6" plus or minus 1/2"

Thank you, this is what I needed.

I have the RC 4.5". Just measured mine its 23" in the front and 21" out back. I was thinking about going with full 5.5" packs for the rear and keeping my RC shackles but dont want to get any bad vibes as it is my daily driver.

Was it to stiff before you added the extra leaf?
