My wheeling season has ended before it even started

I was buying parts and getting my XJ ready for wheeling this year. I couldn't stand the fact that I have lived here in Colorado for the last 2 years and haven't wheeled my XJ yet.

well.... the army put a stop to that real quick! I'm a reservist that just got my involuntary transfer orders for deployment. I leave today to go to Utah for SRP to get all my ducks in a row, then I depart next Friday for school. They are reclassing me to Supply and sending me to school in Virginia for 2 months, then I will be home for a couple weeks before they send my to Kansas in July to sit and wait until the winter months. Then I will be sent to the sandbox to start my 2nd tour. This whole thing will last between 18 and 24 months.

Oh well... I guess I will have to wait a couple more years until I get my Ford 9" axles under my XJ.

Same way I felt when I was in. When I got out I said I would never live East of the Mississippi again. I have kept my promise.

:patriot: Keep your head down and come home safe. Thanks to all of you. We all owe you and those who have served before you.
