Bad times come without a warning, as much as i hate doing this, i have no option, i am selling my 88 Xj. although there is very little of 88 left in it. here is what i have done and spent on it, i am sorry for such a long post but wanted to list everything, i am sure i am forgetting many things though. I will post better pics as soon as the weather gets better.
Engine has been rebuilt 2 years ago $3000
Less then 3000 miles on the new engine
Brand new AX-15 5 speed standard Transmission(bought with only 300 miles on it) $650
New NP231 Transfer case(bought with 300 miles on it) $250
Ford 8.8 rear axle with 4.10’s and discs with limited slip $650
Front Rebuilt Dana 30 with new seals with 4.10’s
5” Custom lift which consists of the following:- $700
Skyjacker coils and AAL
Budget boost
Rubicon express Track bar and bracket $150
Custom tie rod with Dodge tie rods ends $125
Rubicon express Adjustable Upper control arms
Custom Lower control Long arms with brackets made by www.carolinarockshop.com
Front Bull bar with 2” receiver hitch $500
C4X4 Rear Bumper $160
C4X4 Tail light Gurads $50
C-rok steering kit $65
MORE steering brace $65
POR15 and herculined interior and undercarriage, the jeep is basically rustproof
Advance adapters heavy duty Slip yoke eliminator $225
Custom Driveshaft $250
Rear TJ Flares on all 4 fenders $100
Brand New BFG AT 33x12.50 on American Racing wheels $842
Full size spare included

6X9” K&N Cone filter
Bored Throttle body
Cutsom throttle body spacer
Fully Polished & ported head with bigger injectors
I have 2 spare rear doors to go with it
I have spent close to $9000 on it and want just $4000 for it, this jeep is worth that just for the new drivetrain, please call (435)-753-0533 and leave a message with your number or reply here. here are some pics. ther is a slight rust on both rear doors, its needs a paint job as the paint has faded.

A REQUEST:- Please doe not asky for parts, i have spent all my savings to get it to the point it is, if i dont sell it here, its will go on ebay as a no resrve auction.

I think it was $680, but that included the lower and the upper arms with the brackets.

Would you part your rig out? I think you can make more $$$ that way, but it would be more of a hassle too. If so, I call dibs on the complete long arm setup. :guitar:

Thanks andrew, life has to go on, however there will be a big void in my life without it, however 2 years from now i will have a brand new jeep, just have to get a PhD and then find a job. In the meantime its time to be debt free and have some savings for rainy days.

Sorry to see you let it go, but i totally know where you're comming from (had to sell some toys & drive a beater for 3 yrs. while the wife went to law school! :wow: Good on Ya!! atriot: I'ld be interested in making a deal if it's still available Need a winter driver for the fam. that isn't a convertible or a Suburban @11 mpg Call me @ 801-231-8752 (cel)or 801-272-4055 (hm) I can access the cash in 2-3 days. I would hate to see it go to some shmoe on E-Bay who can't appreciate what you've done to this rig!
