Nah. If someone bought it here they would have had to reasonably believe it was stolen. He said he got it from a swap meet.

People using the section of for sale items have no reason to believe anything listed is stolen.

They'd probably have to give the tire back, though.

Yea, I bought a bike frame from eBay that turned out to be stolen. I was in no trouble because I didn't know I had received stolen goods. I'd actually already resold it by the time the detective contacted me and he didn't seem too concerned about getting it back. Although it was another eBay transaction, so he may have contacted the new owner.

I still felt bad for whoever got ripped off though.

It was reported by a long time trusted naxja member who's stolen property was recovered from his home.

Due to the ongoing investigation, I'm not going to release any other info to the public for now. Once I find it on some sheriff/police website, I'll share more.
