did a s10 bastard pack,wanted 3 to 4 lift but got 7.i like it but drive shaft angle is real bad,like 35 degree angle.if i put 8 degree shimms in would it fix it.

An XJ/S-10 bastard pack will give about 4 inches of lift with this recipe: XJ main/S-10 main/S-10 2nd/XJ 3-4-5. Whatever recipe you use, ditch the flat S-10 overload leaf on the bottom.

You will need an SYE, and to measure for the correct SYE shims.

left the main xj leaf,cut the eyes off s10 pack and put it ubder the main xj leaf with new center bolts

i think it arch the main leaf so much it sucked it forword a bit,look at my shackles

I'd pull that pack back out and change the leaf order.
Try an XJ main+S10 2nd+S10 3rd+XJ 4th.

I used a Single Ford Ranger leaf in my old pack and got 3" fwiw
