AWESOME TRIP!!! Thank you Andy for putting up with pokey and me. That was a great trip and I will do that one again anytime! Thanks to Goffs Schoolhouse and Dennis C. for being kind to let us have a place to camp. Thanks to everyone who came, you all were and awesome bunch (not that that's different from any other time). :)

I'd like to echo the thanks to Andy S. & Dennis C. for setting things up at Goffs.
We had a great time & we're sorry about bailing out early, but look'n at the clock & figuring the drive home..... we knew the kids were gonna get restless & thought it better to head South. We got home at 8:45 & as we thought the kids fell asleep about 10 mins. from the driveway. I hope this didn't offend anyone...10 yrs. ago me & my CJ (JEEP) would of been in for the long haul..... now myself, Becky (wife) Sqeek (daughter) & CJ (the SON! aka MONSTER BOY!) have other things to consider.....(while my CJ-5 rotts along side the house :tear: ) So hopefully you all understood us heading out.
I'm sure the rest of the trip was boring, uneventful, just another canyon with some damp sand & bleek with no wheel'n...........RIGHT!!!
Thanks to everyone for the great companionship & 2 days of fun & exploring,
these are the thing I want my kids to see & experience before they are taken
away & we're locked out. (sorry for the length)
Curt & the family......

Kudos to Andy S., our fearless trail leader and the tail gunnin' crew. Thanks to Dennis Casebier and the Goffs schoolhouse for their hospitality, Thanks to my supporting cast for a potluck well done and idle CB banter. Most of all I would like to thank Jeff for showing me what it means to be humble. Jeez, this sounds like an Oscar speech. This was my first trail run with NAXJA and it was great. Sonia and I want to say thanks. Awesome trip everyone, can't wait to do it again. Death Valley '05?

Without getting overly repetative, I'd echo the thanks above. This was not only my first :NAXJA: event, but my first real wheeling outside of farm roads. This was truly a great event for me as an introduction to you all and to the sport. Awesome time! Thank you all for making it great fun.

I have a ton of pics that will be posted today - I'll post again when they are up.

Special thanks to Jeff for showing the shortcut back to LA - saved me at least an hour - You Rock! (insert fender joke here)

(the other) Andy
