Moab Trails question

I need to kill some time in Moab before the rest of the gang gets there. Anybody got any recommendations on some trails that can be run in a few hours.

I've done Moab Rim.

Input on Chicken Corners & Gemini Bridges?

Anything from easy but scenic to hardcore is acceptable, but I would like to get two well equipped XJ's through in 2-3 hours.

What is Bull Canyon like? Hadn't ever heard the name until a few days ago.

Both are easy. Bull Canyon is washed out so it is very rocky. (the wife made me stop and turn around last Sat.) Still doable though. Especially in half a day.

We ran Bull Canyon last week when we where there. Its listed as an easy but with the rain I would rate it a moderate. Took about 2 to 3 hrs round trip. I think it was a fun trail to run. Another trail that was fun and not so long was Klondike Bluffs a little further north. We went to see the dinosaur tracks. It is also washed a bit. The trail runs up the creek bed and there was a lot of water than ran down it while we where there.
Both of these trails where fun but I like Klondike Bluffs the most because of the dinosaur tracks.

If you go up poison spider to the top of the mesa, right after the last steep short climb where it flattens out for a long time then turn back and go down, you could make it up and back in 3 hrs easy. IF there isn't alot of people running it. It is my favorite trail.
