MJ truggy

Thats from Crozet VA, at the benifet run this past weekend. That obstacle is called Body Shop, and unless you are full width you go through at various angles like this one. I believe that was when I was running the obstacle backwards. At least now I know my cage can support my whole rig on its side

Yes it was all built using DOM, even the seat mounts

I thought that looked like crozet, looks like a lot of fun in the snow!

Jim Crozet was an adventure in the snow... Traction was not to be found. Pusi Hill was awesome... did that on two wheels. Drivetrain debatury was a blast especilly the new part. You alsop nee to try the new Black trail Chris just opened up... Suicide Sluice.

Cool truggy. Looks like i wasnt the only one who fell for the TeraFunk steering kit either. Oh well, its long gone now.

I like the knuckle, but the center link didnt even make one run before it was bent. The drag link is still functioning, so I have yet to replace that. The knuckle is cool, the steering parts are not worth a poopie.

I agree 100%. I kicked the tie rod really hard....... and it deflected. And stayed that way. I actually kicked the tie rod into submission. True story. :D

I tried to straighten mine once or twice, then I just ended up building one using DOM, and 1ton TRE's. Terra should have designed that steering to go over the knuckle to begin with, and maybe they wouldnt be havingppl bash their crap on the web.

i really dig how you incorporated the spring eye mount into the frame rail.

looks good!

- now all it needs is ton running gear and 4 link rear

I have a D60, and Hp44, and H1 beadlocks sitting in the garage now. It is just going to takr some more coin to build everything up the way I want. More then likely I am going to keep the leafs in the rear, or at least till I figure out what I am going to do up front.

I am thinking 3link with panhard rod upfront.

No I didnt have any issues with it hitting the rear springs. At least not on its last run. I didnt run it as hard as I could have due to the weather, and it being its first trip out.

I would love to wheel crozet in the snow! Its a lot of fun dry... I need to make it up there in the snow. Next time I go up there I might have to try some more of those black trails. Do you go to crozet a lot?

That was only my second time, I plan on going in March. The first time I went, is what made me decide to build the cage and all.
