I have an 89 mj that sounds like the fuel pump is not priming and i'm not getting any fire. I changed the fuel pump relay and it started and ran for about 10 minutes then died.I changed the relays again but it won't start. I am no electrical wiz and I need some help. Thanks guy's!:piratefla

ballast resister is the long ceramic piece with 2 wires going into it. bypass it by simply connecting the wires together. if it operates then, then you need a new resistor.
