Might have found my next rig!!!

Well I sold my old CJ5 a few weeks back and have been holding onto the cash to buy the perfect XJ to compliment my MJ. Between being misled by craigslist ads or the vehicle being sold 10 minutes before I called it has been a frusterating seach. But today I might have found my next XJ. 1999 Cherokee Classic, auto tranny, 4x4, hp dana 30, a 8.25 rear, not a dent or scratch and interior is clean, only 100K miles. I am pretty excited to go pick this bad boy up.

also wanted to double check with the pros on here, this is a 8.25 right?

Yes, that is 100% an 8.25.

yep, flat bottom and rubber fill plug = 8.25. being a 99 it's going to be a 29 spline as well which is is slightly stronger than the earlier 27 spline models.

ya its a metal mulisha sticker, not cowboys. Was on the Jeep when I bought it.

I really love this rig. For the last year I have been using my 89 MJ as my DD, and this XJ is like a luxury vehicle in comparison. Today I flushed the heater core and my heater went from warm to hot. Next weekend im going to do a full tune up, flush cooling system, and change fluids. Later down the road im planning on 4.5 lift and 33's.

Here is a pic of my other rig: 89 MJ, 4.0 motor, AW4 tranny, 135K miles, HP D30 w/4.88 and lock rite, Dana 44 w/4.88 and detroit locker, 4 inch lift, 33's, etc....
