No, it just hasn't been washed or waxed in a couple years. I'm sure the clear coat isn't too happy.

Again, not great pic, scanned from photo, but nice reflection

I like this one. linking to the large version, the scan seems a bit increasingly noisy towards the middle, but I like the grainy look, and dig the striking horizon line. I believe a counter clockwise rotation to level the horizon, then perhaps crop off the top blown out portion of sky would be cool.

You are referring to Refractions then right?

I want to say No, as we are not seeing the light after it has passed through a medium, rather coming from a Reflective mediums surface.

But every photo is a rendition of light Refracting through the cameras lens structure... so that is what you meant at first right?

Then we get in to your eyes ability to refract the light from the digital photo displayed on your computer monitor on to your retina...

I'm taking great liberty in the interpretation of this thread with these pics but hey...its my thread anyway.

Not exactly reflection off of something but through something...yeah I know a lame excuse but I was kind of excited about them anyway. Even though I realized I have a lot to learn in aquarium photos.

My co-dawg shot this one while leaving Ensenada after the 2008 Baja 1000.
I noticed a Monster team support truck sitting at a stop light with a whole group of Mexican kids getting autographs from the person in the passenger seat. I knew immediately who was in that passenger seat signing the autographs. So I told my co-dawg to get his camera ready and raced up next to the support truck. While the reflection of my XJ in Robby's freshly waxed support truck was not the primary subject in the pic it turned out to be a nice touch.
