ezred.com is a tool company for automotive techs, it's possible that someone hotlinked a pic from their site in that thread and that's why it's being blocked.

It's the picture of the torx set that markw posted. I'm not sure why it's popping up a warning...
Unless ezred is playing the "change mime type and feed the client a webpage containing malware as well as the intended image" game, which I saw no evidence of, but I'm not much of a web tech nerd these days.
