It has been a while now. Any news? A suggested course of action to get my order or my account refunded would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Reed

Please refund my money and cancel this order. It has been way to long to get notification of a shipment or a backorder timetable. Your voice mail box is full and you do not return phone calls. Please take some sort of action or I will post your business as one not to deal with in the Jeep forums. I really do not want to do this but, while waiting on your TC drop kit, I have had a rear pinion yoke destroyed, a U-joint, and half of my transfer case. None of which is caused by your firm but, by the symptoms that a tcdrop will help with.

Sincerely

Reed

Got this and it was mailed out.

F9k9...........I don't want it. Give me a RSA, shipping at my own expense, to get my money back. I had one arrive today that I ordered last week. You're just shy a month too late and I have spent several hundred to correct the damage. Again, the damage is not your firm's fault but, if shipping was more prompt or you took the time to advise me of a delivery date, I could have avoided my situation.

Your order is in the process of bieng shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS and
should arrive within 2-5 postal business days.

Thank you for the order.

A tracking # if available will be provided via email. If you do not receive
your package after the allotted time has passed please email us and we will

Just refuse it when it gets to you and we will refund it.

It was refused today, Five weeks (and that is generous) after I ordered it. I would suggest to not charge a credit card until it is actually shipped. Several Jeep forums are wagering if, I will get my money credited back.

I bet against my money being credited due to your performance thus far.

When should I expect the refund

Mako....Friday, April 27, 2007 12:22 AM
I need the credit card number to refund this and the exp date.

F9K9....
When is a good time to get a live person on your phone to give this info to? I am not sending it through email. Please give me a number to call and I will do it. You should have it documented anyway but, I'll give you a call.

GOOD RIDANCE

They are truly a piece of work if, you pay attention to the dates I posted and documented. Truly the worst business I have dealt with online in 13 yrs!

Its weird, Ive used MAKO 10 times over the last 4 years and have nothing but good to say.

Maybe it is my luck. I once had a boss tell me that if, I had a bet duck, it would drown.

A good example is occurring to me now. I've got over 3 hours invested in a simple tranny mount replacement and still not done. Most people are done in 20 minutes:)

:bs:It's been two weeks and still not a peep from Mako.

I bought a power stearing line from them. They shipped the wrong one, claimed they sent the right one. Sent them numerous e-mails. finally they said to send back, I did, never recieved refund or responce to EMAIL. sCREW THEM! NEver never never again. :banghead:
