M&G Jan in Mass

Sup Sean, was good to meet ya. Thanks for the tug up the hill next to the gutter.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you squeeze a 14" travel shock up front with 5" of lift? Short body shock? Whatcha runnin?

You should have joined in on the rev limiter fun lol.

Just where they are mounted. Not sure what the overall length of them are, But the lower mount is a little lower than your normal mount also. Not much up travel though. I just didn't want to hack the front fenders too bad. The rear clears fine. The front only clears with the tires close to straight at full flex though. I figured I would just deal with it.

O and its a cherry bomb pro series. And i hope it sounds a lot better than on the video. It does to me atleast.

i thought it sounds realllly good. right now i've just got a glasspack on mine, and would like to tone it down a bit, i'll probably end up with one of those, set up like your's. i liked it alot :) still doesn't sound too bad in the vid, but definitely better in person, i agree with bill.

what happened to the vid of my 30 rev limitter hits in a row?

(eric has a xj under agreement. picking it up tomorrow morning)

Tim's 1st attempt at the hill:

Adam's attempt at the hill lands him stuck in an odd spot:

Great pics/vids gents, looks like it was a good time. How deep was the snow? Looks like about 8-10" or so, but its hard to tell with all that wheel spin!!!

thanks bill

not gonna lie, they kinda sucked on snow, but i did ok. they were awesome on the rocks and mud though.

Hey, I meant nothing by it... but here goes.

Agreed.

Honestly, I think it was more of your good driving than the tires when you were on the rocks and in the little bit of mud. They just seemed to plug up really well and you had to give it more throttle to get them to unload the crud. Now maybe that was just me, I'd love to hear what other people thought of them while watching you. I've never run them...

guys, guys...

we're all forgetting how awesome my BFG all terrains did in the snow, duh! best snow tire out there!
