The cheapest way to get the ignition key is to go to Autozone and buy a 12 dollar ignition switch key cylinder. It will come with new keys. While your there rent a steering wheel or harmonic balancer pulley puller to pull the steering wheel. I think there are a couple write ups here to walk you through it I know I wrote up a short one. It only takes about 20 minutes or so to change it out. Now for the door locks go to rockauto.com they have them for 11 dollars a peice.
Buy two of them though. Don't do what I did and go cheap and only buy one. Now my key only works in the driver door, sucks sometimes. Locksmith can rekey the door cylinders that you have but will cost you a lot more.
