i am moving to granby. what kind of 4 wheeling is in the area? got a really awesome job there and might be getting a cabin on the lake. yee haw!

Don't know about the wheeling, but it is a beautiful area. The only time we were there was coming out the backside of Rocky Mountain National Park.

What are you going to be doing in Granby?

Going to be a BIG change from Aurora (where I see you have listed now).

I (we) spend a lot of time out that way, we go to Grand Lake a lot.

My ex-girlfriend lived in Winter Park for a while, so it was like my second home.

Granby is a really small town :laugh:

Ah Granby, former home of Marvin Heemeyer......... Wronged by the local government, he exacted revenge by destroying vehicles and buildings associated with those that wronged him....with an armored bulldozer..... I gotta say, the guy had penache'.

LOL -- yella bring as a nutty blast from the past.

Granby is pretty cool, as far as the wilderness around it. It's f'g cold. I have a buddy who works for Grand County and lives up the road in Hot Sulpher Springs. I did a cool campout just west of granby a few years back, nice scenic road (not gnarly), except for cutting deadfall out of the road repeatedly, both out and back. Lots of beetle kill up there, tends to fall in the lightest of breeze.
