I have a nv3550 with <10000 miles one it shipping will be a bit steep because it is a grand for the tranny. Comes with bell housing 4.0 fly wheel and clutch as installed on the original rig.

I have one. Came from a TJ
Has bell.
Tailshaft was broken when I got it. SO you'd need a tailshaft housing (dude hit the t-case and cracked the tail). Was a 4wd tranny. Been sitting under a tarp for 5 years.

Sorry guys I forgot to update the post. He ended up finding one local. He found a tranny shop that just rebuilt ax-15 and never got picked up so he got it cheap.
