Our family of 5 and our well behaved, mellow Lab are looking for a special place to rent in the June 1-10 range. We'd like to stay 4-7 nights depending on availability and the rental costs. We're looking for a cabin or freestanding home instead of a condo.
Things we're looking for:
*3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft
*Fully equipped kitchen (so we don't have to haul our kitchen somewhere!)
*Comfortable and CLEAN
*Fireplace or woodburning stove
*Within 4 hours of Castle Rock/Denver area
We're particularly partial to areas near Grand Lake, anything near Estes, and Summit County and the area. As long as we are close enough to do fun stuff with the kids, we're good to go.
We have terrific references from previous rentals and can provide professional and personal references as well.
While on a recent short trip back from California, we were lucky enough to know people that had cabins or friends of friends that did, so we enjoyed good cash rates and a 'clean it yourself' option. Paying a fee for a cleaning service is absolutely fine too, but I'm up for making the place spotless before we go.
