looking for a place to fish and wheel

I like to fish in places that are not easy to get to. I live in Roseville California and am looking for some good spots to fish off of Hwy 80,89,267 and so on. If I need to wheel to get there even better. Does anyone know of some cool spots?

Funnel Lake. I visited it with my stock Jeep a while ago (it's up near Bishop). Lots of guys use ATVs to get there, but there was NOBODY there and a few campsites.

edit: the road to get there is pretty rocky. we dragged the diff a few times and you gotta go slow, but it's fun! It deters a bunch of people from going I assume.
