looking for a new axle

Hey fellas I am moving back to cali in about a month, I am going to be driving my rig to florida soon after I get back. I am looking for a new rear axle that has 4.10 gears currently I have a D35 with stock gears not sure exactly what size. I have heard the 4 bangers have 4.10's in them. Can you guys give me some insight on this and if you know where to find a 8.25 and about how much it will cost(ball park) thanks in advance for your help.
