Looking for a house

My Landlord is letting the house we live in go into forclosure...SO we are in the market to buy a house. We are looking for a Mid-Cencury modern house around the Denver area to purchase if anyone knows one for sale in the 200-300k range let me know please.

Contact the mortgage company. You may be able to do a loan assumption for roughtly what you were paying in rent.

We looked at it, he has a second on the house he owes more than I am willing to pay on it.

It will all work out ok I just hate being forced into things. We will find a better house for us. I am sad about losing the garage with 220v and the giant driveway though. But 220v is installable and a smaller driveway will keep my house from looking like troy's :gag: , My brother has a 1979 dodge that is primer gray at my house at the moment that would make any redneck proud. I will be happy to not have that problem anymore.

We really do want to find a modern style house there are certainly lots of options out there now. I will be cleaning out the garage soon of some of the tools and auto stuff in the next few weeks. I have an engine stand and engine lift and parts washer a/c service kit and Vacuum leak kit and a bunch of other stuff I have accumulated that will need new homes for sure.
