looking for a cheap rear axle 3.55s

i have a buddy that needs a 4x4 as hes moving to truckee soon and im most likely selling him my 96 xj as i am not going to have anytime to use it for the next few months due to work. i welded the rear 8.25 and that wont work in the ice up there. if any one has a d35/8.25 that works and is cheap, let me know. i travel around the bay area for work and my brother lives in sac. sooner the better. thanks!
