I don't see your advanced fab thread with lots of progress in it anywhere. In fact I'm pretty sure Ross's progress beats yours.

I'm honestly kinda disappointed to see a completely unrelated member's build thread get derailed by people who don't even know him. Joking around in a friend's thread is one thing, derailing a stranger's thread to bag on other people's build threads is another.
 
my build isnt advanced fab quality either. Simple polished turdy 44 setup on 35's yes i do my own gears but its not ooooh aaaaaaah so why clutter up advanced fab with it. and besides this is the internet...i dont have to know you to talk shit to you.......now on to Ross's thread to see what he hasn't done
 
ok ok ok...well i said i wasnt going to be satisfied on standard width axles...and i was right.lol...i have spent this time i havent been posting on here moving, and accumulating the following parts...which i already have...

-full width 44 front, came out of mid 80s 8lug econoline van, 8lug w/flat top knuckles ( swapped a buddy his 6lug outers onto it, i wanted 6lug.
- 4.10s and detroit for the 44
- 36" tsl radials on 3 or 4 inch offset rims
- Ruff stuff 9" housing rear w/3rd member w/4.10s and detroit as well
- all the material from work to build crossmember and longarm kit along with trackbar and all the heims and mounts from ruffstuff necessary.my goal is to build it basically once, have it big enough to get through anything, and still be able to daily drive it and take on hunting/fishing trips...let me go snap a couple pics of what ive done so far. This is my first build and would love the help, except from the d-bags that only talk sht and dont help, yall can kick rocks

heres what it looks like currently. mounted to crossmember w/bushings. good angle?? i plan on doing the 3rd link on the passenger side, from a little further back from where the stock passenger upper was.and il do that by mounting the tower you see sittin on the sawhorse, butted up against the inside of the the pass. coil bucket....good idea??? any help appreciated

i made a crossmember out of 2x12 1/4wall. notched for the tcase and front driveline. this way when i link the rear i can do it to the bqck of the 2x12.mmk.gimme opinions

and idk just cuz the 3rd member i got already had a detroit n 4tens.so i just went with 4tens for the front as well...i know ashould def. go 4.88s since its a 4speed.and i will when i ARB it and link the rear.but this will work for now.if al goes well with this build il have a 4:1 teraflex tcase kit anyways....

Those frame side LCA mounts look like i could bang them off with a 12oz ball pin hammer.

Why dont you do a couple more passes, so that way your rig doesnt fall apart driving down the highway and kill someone else.
 
if you had any fab experience, at all, you would notice the whole build so far is mached up and only tacked. and the new crossmember aint even boxed up and/or welded yet,u think im a structural welder and that 2x12 crossmember is stayin channeled? dumbass................

Honestly, with so many members on here, and paying for a membership, i literally havent gotten sht for help or advice on this build.im really just thinkin about sayin f... this build thread cuz it aint helping me every time i check it all i get is rude chatty kathys that got nothing better to do than pull pud and check naxja.go outside build something for f...s sake ( but grab some spf100 first cuz your prably lookin albino )

actually naxja is great, just people like you arent. the besy way to learn info on here is to search the site. obvously making a build thread and counting on my fellow xj'ers got me nowhere. so you can find another thread to go be useless and teary eyed on, thanks.
