lol, whys it matter if i make another post...but since you guys are soooo concerned i will make em one post lol...

and thanks for the fab compliments. i just wanted to do a quik lift to getme on the trail with my buddys in my own rig, and this is what ended up happening lol....and i havent even started the front yet lol. i just cant quit hakin,plasma'n up the dam thing. Cant wait to get some paint on it, im paintin it forest green when the fab works done

nah i dont think so im in ca near sac. in roseville....and my old lady actually is my 2nd pair of hands,shes steady enough for accurate cuts and plasma'age which is real real helpful
 
haha funnyguy no.but i still do gotta take it back out, fancy up ( widen ) the truss with more tube and put the 4:10s in. ive been workin on my drive rear fender a little, ive been super super busy at work.

i did alot of staring at this area til my brain was grindin gears before makin a decision.

so the gameplan went well. I trimmed 3/4" off the top of the door, re rounded the corners to look stock and also had to re locate the hinge higher as well so it wasnt visible from the bottom of the door, even though the tube fender is nice n flush along the bottom of it

here she is. look at all that room to stretch the rear. cant wait to get my ruff stuff 9in. back there! i might just get antsy and put it in this build haha...i tried my best to accomidate you 256k modem folks, hopefully i diddnt F it up
 
I am really jealous of that J-truck.

How many of those are still rolling around that area rust free? I don't care what shape the motor and tranny and paint are in... just the body, frame, and suspension/axles!
 
Subscribed, are you going to relocate the fuel tank at all? interested to see how this goes, just hope it doesn't end up like XJtony's build thread if anyone remembers that.
 
ya, when it goes on fullwidths im recessing it 3 in so i can have a cargo area still, cuz the gameplan is to be a dd also so i can drive to trails and on hunting fishing trips...i havent gotten anything done in a couple days. atleast its cuz we were at moonrocks =)
