Lift blocks?

Blocks are okay on a DD but for wheeling and rock crawling they are not so good. There are many fullsize trucks that come from the factory with blocks and the dont have issues. I would never run blocks on my XJ.

IIRC trucks use steel blocks or they might be poly now
and the aftermarket autozone specials are cheap aluminum...

Steel, I have not see any poly ones I lift a lot of brand new trucks. A lot of lift kits come with aluminum blocks and I have not see any of our trucks we lift have issues with them. But I would also never put a auto zone block on any vehicle.

Search on here about blocks and bastard packs, there's lots of info.

Regarding RE, I don't know if mine are just a bad apple or if it's someting wrong in my Jeep, but a year and a half after installing them, I'm leaning heavily to the passenger side and clunking from the same side. Just like I was with the crappy s-shaped stock leafs...
