As title says, time to level the XJ. With the added weight of the winch/Bumper and the rebuilt bastard pack rear springs the Xj has a slight downward rake.Only about an inch or so but I have gotten tired of it.....
Purchased a set of JKS ACOS from a vendor on the site and am ready to install
Any tips to make this go smooth.....

Some specs...96 XJ.3" Skyjacker front springs w/1 1/2" spacer,JKS adj arms top &bottom.Currie steering and IRO adj track bar and bracket. Combo of Rockrawler and Skyjacker rear bastard pack,MJ shackles.384,000 miles:wierd:

You're going to pull out the spacer and replace it with the ACOS right? Should be a quick job depending on how long ago you had everything apart last....

Well ended up being about a 3hr job.Plus the time on alignment rack.

Had to cut off bottom of bump stop holder, first one was a major time consumer.Springs came out with minimal trouble, rest was cake... Put on rack to adjust steering wheel and toe,,,Specs as follow
Camber-L--0.7* Rt--0.06* Range--0.8*>+0.5*
Caster L-6.3* Rt- 6.4*
Toe L-0.07* Rt-0.09*----this is a "toe in" condition
Things are now doing a lot of "creak&groan" until everything settles back in.
Will need longer shocks and brake lines to make me worry less when sway bar is un-hooked.
Still not bad for this old XJ..
