Also a electric jigsaw with metal blades might help with circle cutting... certainly easier to control than the sawzall. I :dunno: about 0.250 though...

I discovered the carbide bits in the last couple of years. I also discovered that unlike cut-off wheels and grinding wheels, you should not walk barefoot in the garage after using the carbide bits. Those slivers are nasty!

im still picking metal out of my feet - 4 weeks after i have touched a die grinder...


though ive found that it rusts eventualy and gets eaten by your skin...
